1. Stackable
Filter Device
|
|
This filter device is used as part of a mask/respirator to
filter out contaminants. Because of its patented design, the stackable filter device
makes breathing significantly easier, thereby reducing the fatigue of the person wearing
the mask/respirator. Its unique design out lives the presently used filter .

For the first time, we now offer filters that have an
expandable surface area.
These filters will be Protective, Long
lasting and Comfortable, (PLC) |

Existing Filter system |
Our patented design allows the wearer to "Stack" as many PLC
filters as one feels necessary for maximum comfort and protection. |

Until now, the industry only offered single
filters. |
Left side of mask shows one Stackable filter
and one optional End Filter.
Right side of mask shows two Stackable Filters and end plug. This configuration
allows the wearer to continue adding Filters. |

This filter has only two sides for filtration of which side two
loses a large filtration area to the connection piece.

Our newly designed and patented filter has three filtration sides.
Side one and side two are utilized 100% for filtration. Our unique connection
piece is located on the third side of our filter, leaving a large portion of this
additional side available for filtration. |
